Although I work mainly with hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP, I refer to my work as mind realignment. That’s because I want you, and all of my clients, to understand that there’s nothing wrong with you, that you are not broken, and there is nothing to fix here. I’m here to support you and guide you in realigning you with your inner intelligence, your truth, using your own mind and body as the gateway.

It is estimated that the average person has about 70,000 thoughts per day? Neuroscientists say that the subconscious directs 95% or more of everything we do.  And that we tend to focus more on the negative events of our lives rather than the positive ones.

It’s simply a function of how our mind works. Our subconscious stores all of our memories and the emotions that go along with them, “good”, “bad” and neutral. It then alerts us of the negative ones so that it can protect us, moving us away from pain and toward pleasure or safety.

Over the course of our lifetime, the negative experiences, the ones that were helpful at some point but no longer serve us, tend to stop us in our tracks. And sometimes we don’t even remember what happened back then. We only witness and experience the negative result of getting nervous in front of large groups of people, our fear of flying, of love, of making money, of speaking up for ourselves and so on. Those past experiences tend to prevent us from going for our deepest desires and dreams!

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS? And how can it help you?
Hypnosis is an altered state where your mind is relaxed, focused and open to positive suggestion. Yes, it can quiet down those 70,000 thoughts. It’s very similar to meditation and prayer and – if you’ve ever taken a yoga class – even savasana. There’s this sense of being everywhere and nowhere, or now here, as Dr. Wayne Dyer says, all at once. That’s hypnosis.

While in hypnosis, you have more access to your subconscious mind. As a result, it’s easier to change any beliefs or habits that no longer serve you. While you’re in hypnosis, we work together to dissolve, neutralize or transform any of the negative and outdated thoughts and beliefs into positive ones.  More and more, you’ll move through the world from a completely different place or perspective, making it easier to reach your goals, let go of habits and heal.

I believe that absolutely everyone is capable of healing themselves. The mind, and every organ of the body, has an inner intelligence that most of us never fully access. With the right understanding, guidance, support and tools, not only is healing downright possible, it can be easier than you might imagine.

I realize that there are many people who question hypnosis, hypnotherapy and its benefits.
