What is Foundation? In this 3.5 Day class we unearth and disintegrate the limitations that are keeping you from living the life of your dreams, so you can create your phenomenal life with ease! You'll learn energetic tools and tricks to change anything and everything instantly, along with dynamic hands on body processes to open up the space for greater consciousness! We've rented a beautiful home with a crazy view of Sweet Potent Shasta! We'll find the space to hike, visit the mineral springs and move our bodies in all the yummy ways over the 4.5 days!
